Independent information product. Not affiliated with MLB, MiLB, or any club.

Service. We provide a sourced file of public baseball facts, a Daily Wire, player/org cards, and (when enabled) a Consensus board (internal model id: FEV). Consensus is a model, not a scouting grade and not a promise of future performance.

Accounts. You must provide accurate contact info. Paid features (when live) are billed per the plan you choose. Full refund within 7 days of first paid charge if you cancel in writing to billing@{domain}.

Acceptable use. No scraping our paid surfaces for resale, no automated abuse, no impersonation of MLB/MiLB/clubs.

No warranty. Data may be incomplete or delayed. We correct errors; we do not guarantee perfection.

Changes. We may update these terms; material paid-term changes get notice to the account email.
